Course Project
We grow through learning and practicing together. This course is not designed simply to fill your head with knowledge. I believe that growing in your leadership, creativity and impact will transform you and those around you. We get there as our learning and practicing produces something great. Your Course Project will be something great!
Select and work on a Course Project that will need you to practice and grow in leadership, creativity and impact. We’ll dive into these much more in the modules, but as you select your course project, think about a project that will require your:
Leadership: Seeing possibilities, always learning, framing reality, bias for action and investing in others.
Creativity: Making creative time, creating, sharing, iterating and getting to done.
Impact: Clarifying intent, measuring progress, working the process, celebrating and practicing self care.
You might want to pick a current or upcoming project for work. You might want to pick a new dream or creation that you have had on your mind for some time but haven’t been able to get started. People have used events, room remodeling projects, writing a book, team professional development, client projects, and more for their Leadership + Creativity = Impact Course Project. The goal is to put all of your learning, practice and reflection into action so that you culminate this course with something great!
