Following his undergraduate studies, Eric embarked on a journey of service and cultural immersion in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, where he learned to speak Spanish, embraced the rich cultural tapestry, and found his life partner. A seasoned musician and creative, Eric has led on stages both intimate and grand, sharing his musical talents with diverse audiences. 

Holding the PCC credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Eric has extensive experience coaching and leading individuals, teams and networks. He is invested in raising the leadership of others, especially next generation leaders, through teaching, coaching and collaboration.
