The Leadership Module includes 5 practices for growth: See Possibilities, Always Learning, Frame Reality, Bias for Action and Invest in Others. These are actions, postures and attitudes that all of us can practice and improve.

The Creativity Module outlines the full creative process: Creative Time, Create It, Share It, Iteration and Get to Done. This process can be used over and over, no matter your setting, for innovation and creative results.
We must practice and grow our impact because the world is increasingly complex, interconnected and unfocused.
The Impact Module includes 5 final practices for implementation and achievement: Clarify Impact, Measure Progress, Work the Process, Celebrate and Self Care. While the partnership of leadership and creativity is the way forward, the impact practices assure implementation, progress and momentum over time.
