About Me
Drew Coaching was founded by Eric Drew
Eric is a visionary, organizational leader and coach. His dreams and innovations continue to grow the missional impact for events, nonprofit networks and the multi-site church. As a leader, he sits at the intersection of creativity and systems where transformation occurs.
After his undergraduate degree, Eric served as a volunteer and teacher in Tegucigalpa, Honduras where he learned to speak Spanish, embraced the beautiful culture and married el amor de su vida. As a musician and creative, he has led music on intimate stages, in large auditoriums in front of thousands, and released the full-length, original album Center of It All. Eric is a certified coach, executive and has led teams and networks of up to 500 churches.
Eric believes deeply that the progress the world needs is best achieved as creatives join together with organizers and we all take a coach approach: celebrating and drawing on the strengths of each team member to achieve transformational mission.
